2nd Shift: 4/10-hour shifts Monday-Thursday (10% Shift Differential)
Weekend Shift: 3/12-hour Shifts Friday Sunday (11% Shift Differential; start times include 4am-4pm 5am-5pm or 6am-6pm)

As a Welder youll work with metal fabrication equipment such as Gas Tungsten Arc (GTAW) and resistance welding to repair a variety of parts.
What youll do:
- Produce a variety of parts from shop drawings to conform to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications
- Operate metal shaping machines such as brakes shears and other metal straightening and bending machines
- Participate in continuous improvement of processes
- Cross train in other complementary skills to support production requirements
- Observe all applicable safety requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 years TIG welding experience
- 2 years experience reading and interpreting blueprints and welding process specifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (unassisted) for approximately 25% of the average work day
Desired Skills:
- Previous welding experience in aerospace or aviation environment
- Experience with welding thin gauge material and exotic metals (Inconel and Hastelloy)
- Thorough understanding of tool design and fabrication methods and processes
- Trade certification preferred

The pay range for this position is $26.41- $39.62. The compensation package for this position also includes a performance-based cash incentive. Actual pay will be determined based on the selected candidates skills experience and internal equity considerations.
