Summary
CentraCare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team working with our Weight Management Team in St. Cloud this role you will be a member of our collaborative team of Physicians Providers Registered Dietitians psychologists pharmacists and Nurses working to provide patient and family-centered care throughout the practice.
Schedule
Full Time 0.75FTE
Weekday - 7:30am- 4:00pm
No weekends nights or Holidays
Pay and Benefits
Salary range:$122888.06 - $166890.60 per year
Pay may be determined by factors such as education experience skills knowledge location and internal equity
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses quality incentives or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications
Required:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card
Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number prior to receiving clinical privileges
Preferred:
A minimum of 2 years of experience working independently with your own patient panel in one of the following areas:
Family Practice
Weight Management
Chronic Disease Management
Department Information
Progressive and comprehensive Weight Management department that leads the state in our field
Focus on treating helping and impacting the whole person
Multidisciplinary approach to weight loss offering a variety of surgical and medical options designed to meet a persons specific needs and achieve the best long-term outcomes.
Collaborative team of physicians advanced practice providers and dietitians
