Weekend Warrior Client Care Specialist (3rd Shift + Shift Differential + Weekend Warrior) Full Time

• Build rapport with clients offering motivation and support while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
• Ensure a safe healthy and respectful environment by monitoring facilities conducting rounds distributing personal care items and enforcing guidelines.
• Administer and monitor drug and breathalyzer tests as needed.
• Facilitate client access to internal services and refer them appropriately.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate important client information with confidentiality.
• Uphold and model the Rescue Missions vision mission and core values in all internal and external interactions.
• Participate in regular training and team meetings.
• Promote a culture of safety and demonstrate leadership in upholding safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
• Ability to maintain professionalism in crisis situations
• Sensitivity empathy and strong interpersonal skills
• Regular predictable in-person attendance

• Associates degree in human services or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience working with homeless addicted or mentally ill populations
• Valid NYS Drivers License (in compliance with company criteria)
• Covid-19 vaccination including booster (when eligible) is strongly encouraged
