POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Install and maintain production machines and the plant facilitys equipment.
  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machinesequipmentand plant facilities.
  • Diagnose problemsreplaceor repair parts and test andadjust.
  • Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
  • Performs mechanic skills including but not limited to mechanical electrical pneumatic electronics and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• • 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience; strong PLC pneumatic mechanical electrical/electronicand industrialskills required.
  • OSHA 10or OSHA30-HourCertification preferred.
  • Ableto usea variety of hand and power tools electricmetersand material handling/ mobile equipment in performing duties.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to take initiative identifying potential problems and solutions.
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Must have a high level of motivation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to apply good judgment strong work ethic and integrity on the job.
  • Must beable to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
