POSITION OVERVIEW

TheLife Skills Coachposition is a key role in which staff train students to live more independently. You will work in a college residential setting after classes and on weekends to teach real-life skills and promote a fun college experience for the students.

Schedule Options:
Saturday: 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Sunday:7:00 AM to 2:00 PM 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM
(Option to work 1-3 consistent shifts)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support students with IDD in a college residential setting at an 8:1 student-to-staff ratio
• Train students in cooking cleaning safety time management and social behavior to promote independent living
• Build positive working relationships with students to foster growth and development
• Complete communication and documentation to promote effective team collaboration
• Take students on off-campus activities to provide a great college experience
