• Arrive early and help set up event spaces activity stations signage sound systems and guest areas.
• Welcome Sunrays families with energy enthusiasm and a big smile.
• Lead games and activities while keeping kids engaged and having fun.
• Help events stay organized on schedule and safe.
• Proactively assist parents athletes and teammates throughout events.
• Break down equipment clean event spaces and help reset the facility after each event.
• Support events at other Sunrays locations when needed for additional hours and growth opportunities.

• Must be available to work most Saturdays and Sundays.
• Reliable punctual and dependable.
• Naturally energetic positive and enthusiastic.
• Comfortable communicating with children families and team members.
• Proactive and willing to jump in wherever help is needed.
• Comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the day.
• Able to lift 3040 pounds during setup and teardown.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced family-focused environment.
