- Primary Skill: Webservice testing SOA testing
- Secondary: DB testing
- Experience: Minimum 7 years
Roles & Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced SOA Testing Engineer with strong expertise in Web Services Testing
- API Testing SOA architecture and Database Validation. The candidate should have hands-on experience in functional integration regression and end-to-end testing of enterprise applications.
- Experience in Banking and Financial Services domains is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate SOAP and RESTful web services using industry-standard tools.
- Design develop and execute test cases for SOA-based applications.
- Perform API testing integration testing and end-to-end testing.
- Validate XML JSON WSDL XSD and service contracts. Execute database testing using SQL queries and validate data integrity across systems.
- Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to create comprehensive test scenarios.
- Perform backend testing and data reconciliation between source and target systems.
- Identify log track and verify defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with developers business analysts and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
- Prepare test reports status updates and metrics.
