Web Developer

We are seeking a skilled detail-oriented and results-driven Web Developer to join our team. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing developing maintaining and optimizing responsive websites and web applications that support business objectives and deliver an excellent user experience.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with problem-solving ability attention to detail and an understanding of modern web development practices. This role will work closely with designers product teams marketing and other stakeholders to translate business and creative requirements into reliable scalable and user-friendly digital solutions.

• Design develop test and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
• Build user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end development technologies.
• Develop and maintain server-side functionality APIs databases and web services as required.
• Convert design concepts wireframes and specifications into functional web experiences.
• Optimize websites for performance scalability accessibility responsiveness and search-engine visibility.
• Troubleshoot debug and resolve technical issues affecting websites and applications.
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent functionality.
• Integrate third-party APIs platforms plugins and other digital services when needed.
• Maintain clean organized secure and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with designers product managers content teams and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for technical and user-experience improvements.
• Implement security best practices to protect websites applications and user data.
• Participate in code reviews technical discussions and development planning.
• Maintain and update existing websites applications content-management systems and related technologies.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies development frameworks security standards and industry best practices.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Web Development Software Engineering or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in web development or a related software-development environment.
• Strong knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks or libraries such as React Angular or .
• Familiarity with server-side technologies and programming languages such as Python PHP Java or similar.
• Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web-service integrations.
• Experience with Git or other version-control systems.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Excellent troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript development practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience with WordPress Drupal Shopify or other content-management systems.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards such as WCAG.
• Understanding of SEO principles and website analytics.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines automated testing and deployment workflows.

The Web Developer will report to the Web Development Manager Engineering Manager or designated department leader and will collaborate regularly with product design marketing IT and other cross-functional teams.
