We are hiring for the role of Junior Web Applications Programmer. Below are the key details:

This role supports data analysis web application development and business intelligence modernization. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements develop interactive dashboards and maintain Internet/Intranet applications. The position also involves documentation process modeling and supporting system testing and quality improvement activities.

1. Gather and analyze data identify business needs collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes create functional specifications and develop business cases.

2. Perform process modeling and develop prototypes; recommend process improvements and system enhancements.

3. Design and create interactive dashboards using data visualization tools; perform data cleansing transformation and multi-source integration.

4. Provide ongoing dashboard support by monitoring performance and implementing usability enhancements.

5. Assist in project documentation - requirements objectives deliverables risks issues and mitigation strategies.

6. Diagnose and resolve basic software issues; escalate complex problems as needed.

7. Maintain automated reports and support OWPB operations using platforms such as Informatica and Snowflake.

8. Communicate effectively with internal users; gather feedback and provide status updates.

• 1 to 3 years of IT work experience in computer systems or support

• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis methodologies and business analysis principles

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar technologies

• Skilled in querying extracting cleaning and interpreting complex datasets

• Ability to manage multiple tasks adapt to evolving requirements and maintain attention to detail

• Basic understanding of relational database concepts including simple SQL queries

• Proficiency with development and data tools such as Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for software applications

• Knowledge of system testing practices including preparing test scenarios and validating results

Associates or Bachelors Degree or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science Information Systems or other related field. Equivalent work experience accepted.
