SummaryThe Web & Digital Experience Specialist is responsible for the design development optimization and ongoing management of the organizations public website and internal portal/application. This role combines web design WordPress administration landing page and form development SEO-focused content management analytics reporting and user experience optimization to support business goals lead generation employee engagement and digital role is ideal for someone who bridges marketing web technology analytics and user experience and who owns both external websites and internal digital platforms. ResponsibilitiesWebsite Management & DevelopmentMaintain and optimize the Gaylor website ensuring performance security functionality and content build and update website pages landing pages forms and website themes plugins integrations and websites are mobile-responsive accessible and aligned with brand website issues and coordinate with vendors or developers when Page & Form DevelopmentCreate and optimize landing pages to support marketing campaigns lead generation and user engagement with IT and Data teams to design and build web forms workflows and integrations with CRM marketing automation and other business A/B testing and continuous optimization of landing pages and conversion forms are user-friendly secure and compliant with privacy Management & SEOManage website content updates and publishing with marketing and communications teams to create SEO-optimized keyword research and implement on-page SEO best metadata page structure internal linking and content SEO performance and recommend improvements to increase traffic and search content governance and quality standards across digital & Performance ReportingManage website analytics platforms including Google Analytics Google Search Console and related reporting website traffic user behavior conversions and campaign with BI team to develop dashboards and regular performance reports for leadership and user journeys and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion recommendations based on data-driven Portal/Application ManagementAdminister and maintain the organizations internal portal intranet or employee-facing content navigation permissions and user experiences within the enhancements integrations and functionality employee adoption through training documentation and user with IT and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize portal Experience & DesignDesign page layouts and digital experiences that improve usability and UX/UI best practices to website and portal consistency across digital properties and wireframes mockups and page designs as branding and visual identity standards across all digital QualificationsBachelors degree in marketing Communications Web Design Digital Media or related field; or equivalent experience.5 years of experience managing websites and digital -on experience administering and developing websites using creating landing pages forms and conversion-focused digital of SEO best practices and content optimization with Google Analytics Search Console and website reporting understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive web with HTML CSS and basic web development project management communication and organizational QualificationsExperience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot Salesforce Marketo or managing intranet portal or employee application of Google Tag Manager and conversion with accessibility standards (WCAG).Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate design experience and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar CompetenciesWeb Development & AdministrationWordPress ManagementSEO & Content StrategyLanding Page OptimizationAnalytics & ReportingUX/UI DesignProject ManagementStakeholder CollaborationProblem SolvingAttention to DetailWORKING CONDITIONSMay require working in all elements (heat cold rain snow etc.) depending on job location and/or time of yearMust be able to utilize construction site sanitary facilities (port-o-lets)Must have required hand tools at all times while at work site (waist tool belts can weigh up to 30 lbs.)Must be able to work scheduled hours as well as additional hours if needed on short noticeMust be able to work in noisy environmentsMust be able to remain calm in times of heightened emotional situationsMust work well with others as a member of a team to complete tasksPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSMust be able to wear personnel protective equipment (i.e. hard hat safety glasses gloves high visibility vest safety harness etc.) when requiredAbility to bend stoop squat crawl climb kneel balance push pull and reach overheadRepetitive use of arms hands and fingersPossess good vision/hearing (normal or corrected)Ability to make transition from designated employee parking areas to construction areas and be able to gain access to all levels of building/structure even if only means of access is by OSHA approved site construction ladder or stairs still under construction but deemed safe for useAbility to work while constantly moving on ones feetAbility to reach and stretch to position equipment and fixtures while maintaining balanceAbility to work while sitting or standing for long periodsMust be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times
