A highly regarded wealth management organization in the Greater Philadelphia area is seeking a Wealth Planning Associate to join its growing Wealth Planning team.

The Wealth Planning Associate will partner closely with Wealth Planners to help develop personalized financial plans coordinate client needs prepare for meetings and ensure clients receive an exceptional level of service. The position offers meaningful exposure to the full wealth-planning process and the opportunity to progressively take on greater responsibility within client relationships.
Partner closely with Wealth Planners to support day-to-day client relationships and planning needs
Assist with the development and analysis of comprehensive financial plans
Gather organize and maintain client financial information and documentation
Prepare materials and financial-planning information for new and existing client meetings
Attend client meetings capture detailed notes and coordinate follow-up items
Assist with onboarding new client relationships
Respond to routine client questions and provide high-quality responsive service
Collaborate with professionals across portfolio management trust and client service functions
Prepare and organize wealth-planning documentation and agreements
Assist clients with financial-planning technology and portal-related questions
Utilize financial-planning software to model and evaluate clients financial goals and circumstances
Develop the knowledge and experience needed to take on increasing responsibility within client relationships
Bachelors degree in Finance Financial Planning Business or a related field
Approximately 05 years of professional experience
Previous wealth management financial planning financial services or client-service experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate

Previous exposure to wealth management or financial planning
Experience with eMoney or similar financial-planning software
CFP certification progress toward certification or interest in pursuing the designation
This is a full-time position with standard hours of 8:30 AM5:30 PM Monday through Friday. The position follows a hybrid schedule requiring at least three days per week onsite in the Greater Philadelphia/Main Line area.
