Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The sub-assembly operator must be able to perform all operations and operate the equipment efficiently when making set-ups for assembly.

Perform all sub-assembly operations.
Must be to routinely lift up to 35 lbs.
Run all jobs according to written procedures.
Keep wax melting pots filled at all times.
Clean plugs (DS rods) etc.
Organize/put away supplies plates sprue etc.
Check quality on patterns gating sprues sub-assemblies.
Follow all procedures.
Meet the specific requirement of the efficiency standards.
Record all work performed on the daily distribution card.
Keep the work area in a clean orderly and safe working environment.
Follow all safety rules.
Wears proper PPE at all times
Perform other duties that are assigned by supervisor.
