• Lead crews on residential and commercial restoration projects.
• Manage job sites ensuring work is completed safely efficiently and to SERVPRO standards.
• Perform water mitigation fire cleanup mold remediation demolition and other restoration services.
• Load maintain and organize company vehicles equipment and materials.
• Prepare work areas and set up equipment for each project.
• Communicate with Project Managers Supervisors customers and team members to keep projects on schedule.
• Complete job documentation and maintain a clean professional work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and industry best practices.

• Restoration mitigation construction or demolition experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or crew supervision experience is a plus.
• IICRC certifications (WRT ASD AMRT etc.) preferred.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work after-hours weekends and emergency on-call shifts when needed.
• Reliable hardworking and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders work at ceiling heights and in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.
• Ability to stand walk bend kneel push pull and lift throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working around cleaning agents restoration equipment and job site conditions.
• Ability to travel locally and occasionally out of state when business needs require.
• Must successfully pass a background check and meet company driving requirements.
