• Respond promptly to water damage and flood emergencies assessing the extent of damage
• Operate various tools and equipment including hand tools power tools and specialized restoration machinery
• Perform water extraction drying and dehumidification processes to mitigate further damage
• Conduct mold remediation and asbestos abatement following safety protocols
• Assist with fire restoration efforts including soot and smoke removal
• Perform cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning and general property sanitation
• Support construction-related repairs and structural drying as needed
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed for each project
• Ensure work areas are kept clean organized and compliant with safety standards

• Proven experience in water damage restoration fire restoration or mold remediation within the restoration industry
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and general sanitation procedures
• Familiarity with the use of hand tools power tools and construction equipment
• Ability to operate specialized restoration equipment safely and effectively
• Experience with asbestos abatement procedures is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in various environmental conditions
