• Lead technicians on residential and commercial water losses.
• Perform water extraction and structural drying.
• Inspect affected areas and identify moisture migration.
• Use moisture meters and other inspection equipment.
• Set up and monitor air movers dehumidifiers and air filtration devices.
• Perform controlled demolition and containment.
• Protect customer property and maintain clean safe jobsites.
• Direct daily crew activities and maintain production standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Complete accurate photos moisture readings and daily documentation.
• Use Restore 365 Mitigate DocuSketch and other company technology.
• Ensure crews follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Maintain company vehicles tools and equipment.
• Train and develop newer technicians.
• Communicate job conditions and changes to the Supervisor or Project Manager.
• Participate in emergency/on-call response as scheduled.
