As a Team Lead youll help keep operations running smoothly while supporting our employees and customers.

• Lead and assist janitorial team members

• Train coach and support employees

• Perform quality inspections and ensure standards are met

• Provide coverage when staffing needs arise

• Track labor hours and support operational goals

• Place weekly supply orders

• Communicate schedule policy and procedure updates

• Work closely with the Account Manager

• Identify opportunities to improve service

• Help maintain a positive productive work environment

• Reliable and dependable attendance

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work independently and solve problems

• Janitorial facilities or supervisory experience is aplus but not required
