At RK Industries youll provide operational field and technical leadership for warranty activities on industrial and commercial construction projects. What Youll Lead

• Coordinate and oversee a wide range of HVAC/R and mechanical warranty activities including investigation troubleshooting service repair corrective action documentation and closeout
• Manage warranty requests from initial customer notification through final resolution
• Partner with customers project teams HVAC/R technicians field personnel subcontractors vendors manufacturers and internal departments
• Track warranty schedules open items response times callbacks labor materials costs and completion status; escalate issues as necessary
• Maintain accurate warranty records including service reports photographs project information cost records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure final warranty closeout is completed including corrective work required customer instruction spare parts cleanup demobilization and record archiving.
• Assist in equipment start-up and Owner Training prior to building turnover

What You Bring

• 10 years of proven specialist expertise preferably in commercial or industrial HVAC/R and mechanical construction service commissioning or start-up
• 2 years of experience in a supervisory lead warranty service or quality control role preferred
• Proven success leading complex projects multiple crews and field leaders
• Deep expertise in labor planning scheduling productivity quality cost and project execution
• Strong judgment and the ability to make decisions in fast-moving environments
• A track record of developing people and building accountable teams
• College/university graduate or equivalent combination of skills or equivalent combination and experience generally expected for specified technical roles.
