Currently we are seeking a candidate to join our team as aWarehouse Worker.

SUMMARY

This position consists of maintaining the shop and yard building and repairing field equipment loading trucks and maintaining a well-stocked warehouse.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist mechanics as needed.
• Build and repair electrical equipment including but not limited to wire meters distribution panels tac-ons and distribution cages.
• Clean and maintain shop and yard on a daily basis.
• Paint & cut poles and stack poles with forklift.
• Maintain inventory as needed.
• Adhere to OSHA safety rules and use of equipment hard hats etc.
• Adhere to Power Plus safety and quality standards when setting and/or picking up equipment.

COMPETENCIES/REQUIREMENTS:

• Mechanically inclined with ability to build and repair electrical equipment.
• Able to use all power and hand tools safely.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• An ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong team player.
• Forklift certification a plus (written & driving test).
