Warehouse (WHS) & Logistics ClerkReports To: Logistics SupervisorJob Description Summary:The Warehouse (WHS) & Logistics Clerk is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including shipping receiving and inventory control. This role ensures the accurate and timely movement of materials and products to support production and customer Duties & Responsibilities:Shipping & ReceivingReceive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing slipsInspect goods for damage and report discrepanciesPrepare and pack outgoing shipments according to company standardsGenerate and maintain shipping documentation (labels bills of lading etc.)Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveriesInventory ControlMaintain accurate inventory counts through regular cycle counts and auditsRecord and track inventory movements in the systemOrganize and store materials in designated warehouse locationsReport inventory discrepancies and assist in resolving issuesWarehouse OperationsLoad and unload materials as neededMaintain a clean organized and safe work environmentFollow all safety procedures and company policiesSupport production needs by staging materials as requiredQualifications Education & Experience RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required1 year of warehouse shipping/receiving or logistics experience preferredBasic computer skills (data entry inventory systems or Excel preferred)Experience with ERP or inventory management systemsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasksStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamForklift certification (preferred)Additional NotesThis is an hourly non-exempt position eligible for overtime as applicableSchedule and shift may vary based on production needsCompany Introduction:Amphenol Industrial Operations headquartered in Endicott New York with global manufacturing design sales and marketing locations specializes in delivering a comprehensive range of high-reliability power and signal connectors along with interconnection systems designed specifically for harsh environments and high performance.
