Monitor and maintain inventory levels identify items that need to be reordered and communicate supply needs to management.
Track equipment contents and materials including items received stored delivered or assigned to crews and jobs.
Track delivery and pickup dates for equipment contents supplies and materials ensuring items are available when needed.
Maintain company vehicles and maintenance schedules including tracking mileage oil changes inspections tires repairs and other routine maintenance.
Inspect clean and maintain equipment reporting damaged missing or malfunctioning equipment to management.
Maintain accurate records and communicate issues promptly including inventory vehicle maintenance equipment deliveries and other warehouse-related activities.
Job Requirements
- Valid drivers license
- Previous experience in restoration construction or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders work at ceiling heights work in tight spaces (e.g. crawl spaces attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
