The Experience Youll Create:
The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations ensuring adherence to company standards and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. This role involves supervising multiple temperature-controlled zones within a warehouse setting maintaining inventory accuracy and fostering a positive service-oriented environment.
Shift: Monday - Friday 10:30 AM to 5 PM ish

- Lead and mentor Warehouse Associates providing training and coaching on daily tasks and safety protocols.
- Oversee order processing replenishment and inventory control to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Maintain compliance with company standards industry regulations as well as food and occupational safety procedures.
- Monitor and achieve established productivity metrics (e.g. product picking rates).
- Operate and train team members on warehouse technology including Microsoft Office iPads Warehouse Management Software systems (WMS).
- Communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Ingredients for Thriving:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations and supervisory roles.
- Knowledge of WMS and inventory control processes.
- Ability to perform basic math operations and work with fractions and percentages.
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards.
- Strong organizational and communication skills within a professional environment.
- Skilled in team management problem-solving and fostering collaboration.
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
Location(s) & Logistics:
- Physically capable of lifting 2550 lbs. regularly and standing for extended periods.
- Holds or willing to obtain forklift certification.
