Position Summary
Responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations to ensure raw materials and finished goods are received stored and shipped accurately and on time. This role drives productivity while maintaining a safe compliant and cost-effective environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving storage staging and shipping
Ensure accurate inventory control cycle counts and FIFO adherence
Maintain compliance with EH&S policies and DOT EPA OSHA regulations
Lead coach and develop team members; conduct performance reviews
Support cross-training and workforce development with Material Handling Supervisor
Drive 5S Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Coordinate recycling activities and vendor services
Manage P-Card purchases and assist with contingency planning
Serve as backup to the Distribution/Warehouse Manager
Qualifications
Education & Certifications
Associates degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
DOT and Forklift Certification
Experience
35 years in warehouse/manufacturing
23 years supervisory experience (preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP
Skills & Requirements
Strong organization prioritization and multitasking ability
Effective leadership communication and team development skills
Working knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse operations
Ability to operate a forklift and lift up to 55 lbs.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $52760.00 and $77374.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills experience and other factors permitted by law.Required Experience:
