Warehouse Supervisor

• Hourly Rate: $22 - $27/Hr. (Depending on Experience)

• Lead Warehouse Operations: Maintain an organized clean and efficient warehouse yard and storage areas.
• Manage Inventory: Track equipment and consumables oversee shipping and receiving and ensure crews have the supplies they need.
• Support Fleet Readiness: Coordinate vehicle maintenance maintain service records and ensure company vehicles remain clean and operational.
• Maintain Equipment: Inspect troubleshoot repair and track restoration equipment to maximize uptime.
• Drive Safety & Compliance: Enforce warehouse safety procedures maintain a safe work environment and ensure proper use of equipment and PPE.
• Support Operations: Assist field teams with equipment deliveries job site support and other operational needs as required.

• Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations inventory control logistics or a related leadership role.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to inspect maintain and troubleshoot equipment and vehicles.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively with technicians supervisors vendors and management.
• Valid Drivers License: Clean driving record and reliable transportation required.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment.
• Leadership Mindset: Self-motivated dependable and committed to maintaining high operational standards.
