• Supervise and provide daily direction to warehouse personnel.
• Maintain an organized clean secure and safe warehouse and yard.
• Track inventory and oversee the checkout and return of tools and equipment.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned inspected maintained and ready for use.
• Coordinate the staging loading delivery and pickup of project materials and equipment.
• Monitor supply levels and submit repair replacement and restocking requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory vehicle equipment and maintenance records.
• Support occasional after-hours and emergency response needs.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of warehouse inventory construction restoration or related experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and work in indoor and outdoor conditions.
