Job Summary
FieldBridge Energy is looking for a Warehouse Specialist in Casper WYto work for a a worldwide provider of equipment and components used in oil and gas drilling and production operations. We offer weekly pay benefits.
Pay is $25.33 - $28.00/hour MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM OT as needed after-hours on-call rotation Weekly pay every Friday At $28/hr and 50 hrs/week for example earn weekly paychecks of approximately $1540 gross.
Position Overview
FieldBridge is looking for a Parts & Warehouse Specialist in Casper WY. We offer weekly pay benefits.
This role supports customer order processing parts identification and warehouse operations for an oil and gas equipment distributor. The ideal candidate brings a blend of customer service ERP system proficiency and hands-on warehouse experience including forklift operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer inquiries generate sales orders and submit quotations via phone email and fax in a timely manner
- Receive pick pack label and ship products accurately while maintaining inventory control and cycle counts
- Operate forklifts and reach trucks for material handling and movement throughout the warehouse
- Coordinate with warehouse staff buyers manufacturers and customers to ensure smooth order flow and on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate quotation and order files per company policies and participate in shop inspections and HSE activities
Required Qualifications
- ERP system experience required (SAP Oracle JDE or equivalent)
- Forklift and reach truck operating experience required (sit-down propane and/or standup electric)
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. required
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of oilfield equipment preferred
- Ability to read and understand drawings and prints preferred
- High school diploma or GED highly preferred
