Warehouse Order Selector Electric Pallet Jack Operator

Job Summary:
Looking for more than just a job Humano is hiring Warehouse Order Selectors for our partner at their distribution center in Chino California. This temp-to-hire role can convert to permanent KeHE employment within 90 days. Youll work a 4-day week earn raises every 6 months and get incentive pay on top of your hourly wage. Schedule:

• 4 x 10-hour shifts Sunday to Wednesday starting at 12 PM
• 3 days off every week

Pay and Growth:

• Starting rate: $20.25 per hour plus incentive pay for performance
• $0.50/hour raise every 6 months reaching $26.75/hour within 2 years
• The more efficiently you work the more you earn

Responsibilities:

• Select and pick customer orders accurately using an electric pallet jack (EPJ)
• Build stable secure pallets for shipping
• Meet productivity and accuracy goals
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Work with teammates to get orders out on time

Qualifications:

• EPJ or order selecting experience preferred; we will train motivated people
• Able to lift 3551 lbs unassisted
• Dependable and safety-minded and works well on a team
• Available Sunday to Wednesday 10-hour shifts starting at 12 PM with occasional overtime during peak seasons
