WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Provide guidance expertise and leadership to Warehouse Supervisors and Associates. The actual duties required of this position will Warehouse Supervisors and Associates providing guidance and for all warehouse for all vacations and planned work schedules and assigns supervisors and monitor all safety regulatory completed accident performance of to ensure warehouse and grounds are always clean and conduct performance with Human Resources to interview and hire most qualified person for all or ensure that all warehouse personnel are trained on all warehouse coaching counseling and discipline up to and including termination of employment as necessary or recommend such to the Director of Warehouse P&L other duties as EDUCATION CERTIFICATION: Bachelors Degree in related field and 7 years Warehouse Management experience; OR 10 years Warehouse Management knowledge of commonly used concepts practices and procedures within a particular experience in union leadership and communication skills with the ability to develop and motivate high performing developing and managing to daily KPIs to understand performance and progress towards long term strategic goalsProven ability to use analytics and management reporting to develop and execute improvement training or working in a team WMS (Warehouse Management System) in Food Safety environment developing and executing GMPs allergen and sanitation programs in a warehousing offer a competitive salary of $60000 - $75000 annually.
