Warehouse Operations Associate

Crestfield Talent is seeking a dependable Warehouse Operations Associate to support daily warehouse and fulfillment activities. This role is responsible for handling incoming inventory preparing outgoing orders organizing products and helping maintain an efficient warehouse environment.

• Receive and process incoming shipments
• Pick pack and prepare customer orders
• Organize inventory and restock warehouse areas
• Verify products and quantities for accuracy
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety standards

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
