This role oversees all aspects of daily operations ensuring that products are received stored and distributed efficiently and safely.
Your role:
Support the Warehouse Leader in managing Philips third-party logistics (3PL) providers lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure that warehouse operations meet high standards for productivity accuracy safety and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IWD COE planning GBS procurement and quality to ensure a seamless flow of goods
Adheres to established processes and operational policies selecting appropriate methods and techniques to conduct Root Cause analysis effectively and derive sustainable solutions.
Contributes to continuous process improvements by developing and implementing sustainable solutions seamlessly integrating them into existing standard work practices to ensure long-term efficiency and effectiveness.
Cultivates effective relationships with internal and external partners providing influence over projects and peer groups by demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the area of specialization.
Youre the right fit if:
Youve acquired 2 years of experience in with a Bachelors in areas such as supply chain operation inventory management manufacturing or equivalent; no prior experience required with a Masters degree
Your skills include supply chain management data analysis interpretation enterprise resource planning systems master data management data architecture data mining process improvements statistical methods root cause analysis and business acumen
You have a Bachelors/Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering Operations Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in TN is $87000 to $139000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.
In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
