Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this position successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skills and abilities required.   • 5 years Management/Supervisory experience in a fast-moving environment.
  • Warehouse Exp. (Shipping Receiving) Strongly Preferred
  • Lean training/process improvement experience
  • Inventory management skills.
  • Computer proficiency: spreadsheets data entry etc. SAP experience a plus.
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot a broad spectrum of warehouse/manufacturing equipment (punch press drill press pneumatic tools forklift).
  • Supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence.
  • Forklift certification.

  • Plant working conditions: significant standing walking lifting; occasionally subject to hazardous conditions.
  • Must be able to withstand a hot or cold warehouse environment depending on outside temperatures.
  • Wear safety gear as required for job tasks


Previous experience that is necessary background to qualify for this position:

  • Seasoned level of operations experience within the company.
  • The employee is occasionally required to sit stoop kneel crouch or crawl.
  • The employee must regularly lift or move over 100lbs.
