Warehouse Manager

From inventory and logistics to safety and facility operations youll play an important role in making sure our crews have the right products and materials at the right time.

• Oversee receiving staging storage and preparation of products and materials for installation projects.
• Supervise train and support warehouse associates.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct monthly cycle counts.
• Coordinate pickups deliveries and job-site material drop-offs.
• Manage vendor relationships purchasing needs and material sourcing.
• Maintain a safe clean organized and efficient warehouse and facility.
• Conduct safety walks equipment checks and vehicle inspections.
• Partner with installation teams to resolve product and material issues and keep projects moving.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory flow reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.

• 2 years of warehouse logistics material handling or operations experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems; Acumatica or Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently make decisions and take ownership of warehouse and facility operations.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and compliance practices preferred.
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Compensation: $75000 - $85000 pay based on experience.

• Ability to lift carry push and pull at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for at least 6 hours per day.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs and perform tasks that require kneeling.
