Warehouse & Logistics Specialist

About the Role

BRS is a family-owned HVAC plumbing and electrical company serving South Jersey and were looking for a Warehouse Operations & Logistics Coordinator to keep our warehouse our vendors and our field teams running like clockwork. Youll be the go-to person making sure technicians and installers have exactly what they need exactly when they need it from purchasing and inventory to installation staging and warranty claims.

What Youll Do

• Purchase materials equipment and supplies and manage vendor relationships to get the best price quality and service.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels receive and stock shipments and keep purchasing/receiving records up to date.
• Stage and coordinate materials for upcoming installations and troubleshoot last-minute material needs.
• Manage the warranty claims process from start to finish including vendor coordination and returns.
• Keep the warehouse and yard clean organized and secure including cycle counts and tool accountability.
• Serve as the communication hub between vendors technicians installers dispatch and management.

What You Bring

• 35 years of experience in warehouse operations purchasing logistics or inventory management.
• Experience with purchasing and supply chain processes.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Sharp attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
• A valid drivers license with an insurable driving record.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.

Nice to Have

• Experience in HVAC plumbing mechanical or construction industries.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar ERP/inventory software.
• DOT certification.
• Background in warranty administration and claims processing.
• Knowledge of warehouse logistics and route optimization.
