Job Summary
- Leads and motivates a team that works to complete tasks as set by higher-level management.
- Receiving product and materials in using company internal system.
- Picking parts for production needs.
- Correct inventory counts.
- Help drive compliance with safety quality and productivity goals.
- Provide recommendations on process improvements and assist with implementation.
- Review incoming material orders/pick tickets.
- Locate materials on shelves in the warehouse.
- Place materials on order picker pallet jack or forklift.
- Deliver items to the proper loading area or delivery truck.
- Unload trucks and stock Inventory.
- Ensure teams daily task are being worked on with a pass down to the next shift of uncompleted task or urgent needs.
- Maintain attendance records for reporting team.
- Other Duties as assigned.
- Forklift Certification required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Drivers License required.
- Must have basic computer skills familiarity with Microsoft Office strongly preferred.
- Must be able to read tape measure work instructions and other documents.
- Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50lbs; must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours.
