Job Summary
Are you a natural leader with a passion for logistics As our Lead Warehouse Associate youll be the heartbeat of the warehouse floor driving productivity and coaching a high-performing team. You wont just be overseeing operations; youll be working side-by-side with your colleagues to ensure we deliver excellence every day. This role is a vital link between our management and our frontline where your initiative and expertise directly impact our success.
Shifts Available:
- Wednesday to Saturday - 7:00am to 5:30pm
- Friday to Monday - 7:00am to 5:30pm
You will
- Provide daily coaching and guidance to the warehouse team ensuring every member has the tools and instructions to succeed.
- Operate lift trucks or hand trucks to convey move or hoist materials to proper departments or areas in a safe and timely manner.
- Coordinate door availability for drivers and manage the equitable distribution of workloads to hit our productivity goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Procurement and Finance handling essential data entry for inventory and produce invoices.
- Enforce and follow all safety GMP and SQF policies to maintain a clean organized and secure work environment.
- identify opportunities to better the business reporting on equipment needs and collaborating across departments like Quality and Production.
You have
- Experience in fostering team cooperation and maintaining momentum to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets with strong data entry skills.
- Ability to express ideas clearly tactfully and professionally with all levels of the organization.
- High School diploma/GED age 18 and able to obtain certification for power material handling equipment.
Work Environment
This is a full time role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (temperatures range from 10-40 degrees). Youll be on your feet for 10-12 hours lifting up to 50 lbs and ensuring our operations stay on track. If youre ready to lead a team that makes an impact we want to hear from you!
