Our client in the food and beverage distribution industry is looking for a Warehouse & Inventory Operations Manager to add to their team in Plainview this role you will lead daily warehouse operations improve inventory accuracy manage order fulfillment and support a small wholesale account channel. Our client is looking for someone with warehouse operations leadership inventory control logistics coordination and order fulfillment experience in a CPG retail fulfillment or distribution center environment. To be successful you must be hands-on organized patient and comfortable leading a small warehouse team through growth. Warehouse & Inventory Operations Manager CPG / F&B Distribution (exp. req.) Responsibilities

Lead daily receiving shipping dispatch and fulfillment operations
Manage a small warehouse team of full-time and contract employees
Improve and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
Track expiration dates and resolve inventory discrepancies
Use WMS and QuickBooks data to maintain orders and documentation
Coordinate order timing to meet customer cancel dates
Improve warehouse layout space use and operating processes
Prepare samples and support smaller wholesale customer accounts
Keep the warehouse clean organized safe and efficient

Warehouse & Inventory Operations Manager CPG / F&B Distribution (exp. req.) Qualifications

3 years of warehouse operations leadership experience required
3 years of inventory control logistics and order fulfillment experience required
CPG retail fulfillment or distribution center experience required
Proficiency with warehouse management software required
