Position Overview

We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for a major national cable company in Cedar Rapids. This is a stable full-time temp-to-hire position with a clear path to permanent employment. You will work in a team environment to pull cable orders manage incoming and outgoing inventory supplies and tools. You may also test customer cable boxes and equipment to ensure field technicians have exactly what they need.

Key Responsibilities

Pull cable orders. Receive inventory issue and ship materials tools and equipment in the cable warehouse.

Test and reconcile customer premise equipment (CPE) like cable boxes and modems.

Read small serial numbers and identification tags accurately.

Load and unload warehouse materials and supplies.

Use hand and power tools including drills wrenches and screwdrivers.

Communicate clearly with team members and managers regarding inventory.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds often and independently

Valid drivers license a clean driving record and pass drug test

Willingness to drive a company 26-foot box truck after 3 months

Ability to pass a national criminal background check (no DUIs in past 5 years no record in past 7)

Strong attention to detail and good vision to read small labels
