Warehouse Inventory and Purchasing Clerk

Join our dynamic warehouse team in Wylie TX as a Warehouse Inventory and Purchasing Clerk where your organizational skills and hands-on experience will keep operations running smoothly.

In this role you will be integral to warehouse operations by managing purchasing and receiving of project materials maintaining accurate inventory and handling materials throughout the warehouse. Responsibilities include operating forklifts to load and unload trucks moving materials and supporting general warehouse organization. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 7 AM to 4 PM with potential for long-term employment.

• PAY: 18.00hr

Responsibilities

• Purchase and maintain all project materials
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
• Load and unload trucks following shipping and receiving procedures
• Move materials within the warehouse efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
• Assist with general warehouse organization and housekeeping

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience operating a forklift (valid certification preferred)
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience
• Experience in inventory control shipping and receiving
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Attention to detail
• Commitment to safety
• Team player with a positive attitude
