Iron Mountain is seeking a high-performing Warehouse Coordinator/Driver to join our operations this role you will be responsible for coordinating tasks for a team of associates to ensure the seamless movement of customer items.
In this role you will:
Lead the fulfillment of inbound outbound and transfer operations while coordinating tasks for teams of associates to meet daily targets.
Execute secure material handling including loading unloading moving weighing and sorting a variety of items to ensure efficient workflow.
Lead and promote all safety standards of conduct including the safe handling of heavy items and the maintenance of a secure organized warehouse environment.
30%-40% you will safely and efficiently operate and maintain company vehicles strictly ensuring adherence to all security and regulatory procedures.
The ideal candidate will have:
Professional Leadership: 3 years of professional work experience with at least 6 months in a dedicated team lead role.
Strong soft skills including effective communication meticulous attention to detail proven team leadership and creative problem-solving abilities.
Experience and comfort with a physical job that involves repetitive motions frequent climbing stooping crouching kneeling pushing reaching and pulling warehouse equipment weighing between 75 - 100lbs.
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and sustain physical activity throughout the shift.
Minimum Age and License: Minimum age of 21 with a valid Drivers License and a consistently good driving record. Successfully meet the background check drug screen and DOT physical requirements.
Approximate shift: 7am - 4pm Monday - Friday. (45 - 50hr work week)
Compensation: $23/hour plus Benefits.
Overtime: Overtime pay is 1.5x hourly pay and is available pending the needs of the business.
