Job Summary
Warehouse Coordinator
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations within a construction/flooring company. This role includes receiving and organizing materials staging job materials for loadout assisting in tracking and ordering materials as needed and maintaining accurate inventory. The ideal candidate is dependable organized and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receive inspect and organize incoming materials and supplies
Pull stage and stage job materials for loadout
Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with tracking materials
Load and unload materials using proper equipment and safety procedures
Coordinate with project managers and field crews to ensure timely material distribution
Keep warehouse clean organized and compliant with safety standards
Assist with material deliveries when needed
Monitor stock levels and assist in tracking and ordering materials as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in a warehouse or construction/flooring environment preferred
Ability to lift and move heavy materials (75 lbs)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic understanding of inventory and material handling
Dependable punctual and able to work independently or on a team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with computers RFMS or similar systems
Bilingual is a plus
Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment
Familiarity with construction/flooring materials and workflows
Work Environment
Warehouse setting within a construction/flooring company. Physically active role requiring lifting standing and moving materials. Fast-paced environment with indoor and occasional outdoor exposure.
