Work schedule will be Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Saturday. 5:00am - 3:00pm.

The WarehouseClerkis responsible forworking closely with internal transportation and carriers to schedule all inbound and outbound roleis responsible forbalanced schedulespast duereportinginbound and outboundpaperworkand the overall integrity ofshipments includingtrailer seals.

How you will make contributions that matter

• Scheduleall inbound and outbound appointments based onload capacity for the given day and shipment schedule withrequired information andaccuratePO/Orderreferences.

• Completeproduct allocations as needed and/or based on requests from other departments.

• Communicate with internal transportation and carrierson any schedulingmisses reschedulingrequestsand/or detailsdirectionsand appropriate load informationas directed.

• Check in/out drivers andensure that all entering and leaving the facility premises are aware ofprocedure to be followedand have properload documentation.

• Assistwithinventory controlactivities as needed.

• Work directly with carriers internal transportation quality supplyplanningand customer servicetoship orders in fullbased onschedules and customer expectations.

• Providecustomersand carrierswith all required documents including generating Bill of Lading COAs pack lists etc.

• Seal all outbound shipmentswithappropriatetypeof sealdocument seal number andlist outanyadditionalstops with seals provided to the carrier.

• Ensureall security policiesand procedures arebeing followed.

• On a daily basis reviewand provide updates onpast due inbound and outbound reports addresspast due orders by following up with transportation carriers customerserviceand/or planning.

• Understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices Saputos food safety qualityprogramsand regulatory requirements.

• Promptly report all potential quality food safety and workplace safety hazards tomanagementteam.

• Attend andparticipatein all required training shiftmeetingsand committees.

• Adhere to the Saputo code of ethics and actively apply the Saputo values.

• Performother duties as requested directed or assigned.

You are best suited for the role if you:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Preferred 2-year degree in supply chain management or inventory control management.

• Two-yearsin a lead warehouse role directly in a warehouselogistics transportation or distribution center environment.

• Excellent computer skills with advanced experience with word processing spreadsheet applications and specialized inventory control software programs (WMS)SAPa plus.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as customer orders inventory reports operatingprocedures to ensuredocuments are audited andaccurate. Ability to generate reports and business correspondence.

• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Arehighlyorganized and efficient.

• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written.

• Work together professionally in a team environment with coworkers and other department personnel.

• Musthave excellent mathematical skills.

• Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.

Starting wage $26.62.
