Warehouse Associate

Reports To: Shipping Supervisor

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring our warehouses smooth handling of materials and products. This position involves receiving storing organizing and shipping raw materials and finished goods while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in their work.

• Material Handling: Safely receive inspect and store raw materials components and finished products.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick pack and prepare orders for shipment according to customer and production requirements.
• Inventory Management: Accurately track and maintain inventory levels including conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage or defects ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines and procedures.
• Collaboration: Aid in other departments as needed by the supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Prior experience in a warehouse manufacturing or logistics environment preferred.
• Strong desire to learn on the job.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Deadline-driven and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable good work ethic and high integrity.

• Software: ERP or WMS software (e.g. Infor Visual RF Plus) preferred.
• Shipping Platforms: Familiarity with UPS DHL and FedEx.
• Tools: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and domestic shipping processes.

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
