About the Role
ODRA is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Material Handler) to support day-to-day warehouse operations at our facility. This hands-on position is well suited for someone who values organization accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You wont just be moving parts youll play a critical role in shipping and receiving inventory control and order fulfillment ensuring materials and components are handled with precision so production and delivery stay on track.
What Youll Be Doing
- Receive inspect and process incoming shipments (shipping and receiving)
- Pick pack and prepare orders (order picking / order fulfillment)
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Organize identify and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Assist with inventory control cycle counts and stock replenishment ensuring accuracy
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet operational needs and priorities
What You Bring
- Previous warehouse material handling or distribution experience
- Knowledge of shipping receiving picking packing and warehouse processes
- Experience operating forklift and/or order picker (required)
- Ability to safely load and unload materials while following safety standards
- Familiarity with inventory systems or warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing orders and inventory control
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
- Valid Texas drivers license (or equivalent)
- Ability to operate a full-size pickup truck and trailer
