About the Role

ODRA is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Material Handler) to support day-to-day warehouse operations at our facility. This hands-on position is well suited for someone who values organization accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You wont just be moving parts youll play a critical role in shipping and receiving inventory control and order fulfillment ensuring materials and components are handled with precision so production and delivery stay on track.

What Youll Be Doing

• Receive inspect and process incoming shipments (shipping and receiving)
• Pick pack and prepare orders (order picking / order fulfillment)
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Organize identify and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Assist with inventory control cycle counts and stock replenishment ensuring accuracy
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet operational needs and priorities

What You Bring

• Previous warehouse material handling or distribution experience
• Knowledge of shipping receiving picking packing and warehouse processes
• Experience operating forklift and/or order picker (required)
• Ability to safely load and unload materials while following safety standards
• Familiarity with inventory systems or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing orders and inventory control
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
• Valid Texas drivers license (or equivalent)
• Ability to operate a full-size pickup truck and trailer
