We have built up the ocean and air transport network from China to the world and introduced a series of innovative product offerings such as the First-class FCL First-class LCL First-class Air Freight realizing online quotation online order online logistics tracking and other abundant functions to build a more efficient and intelligent cross-border supply chain logistics.

• Process customer return packages by unpacking verifying contents and sorting according to established standards
• Accurately enter return data into the system and update inventory records
• Handle exception cases (e.g. incorrect addresses transit damage) and assist with re-shipments
• Follow up on operational tickets related to replacement shipments and product exchanges
• Maintain organized return documentation and generate reports as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Able to communicate effectively in English on a daily basis
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented patient and highly responsible
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus but not required
