Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving storing picking packing and shipping products while maintaining an organized safe and efficient warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate is reliable detail-oriented physically capable of performing warehouse duties and able to work effectively as part of a team. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) year-round position.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $19 - $25 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Receive inspect and properly store incoming shipments.

• Pick and prepare orders accurately for shipment.

• Pack products securely and prepare shipping documentation.

• Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles.

• Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.

• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies.

• Operate warehouse equipment safely as trained and authorized.

• Keep warehouse areas clean organized and free of safety hazards.

• Follow company procedures for shipping receiving inventory control and workplace safety.

• Assist with periodic inventory counts and warehouse organization.

• Work cooperatively with warehouse staff drivers customer service and management.

• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse distribution shipping or receiving experience (2 years preferred).

• Ability to lift carry push and pull materials as required.

• Proficient with a variety of hand and manual tools (wrenches hammers screwdrivers drills etc).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in English (speaking listening reading and writing). Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

• Forklift certification or previous forklift experience preferred.

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to regularly lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to bend stoop reach and climb as needed.

• Ability to safely perform repetitive warehouse tasks
