Warehouse Associate Freight Handler

**Job Summary:**
Humano is currently seeking Freight Handlers/Unloaders in Perris CA to join our warehouse team. As a Freight Handler/Unloader you will be responsible for unloading freight manually in teams without the use of heavy machinery. The main duties will include palletizing clothing items requiring the ability to lift 20-50 pounds consistently. This is a 1st shift position from Monday to Friday starting at 4:30am (Full time with occasional overtime)

**Qualifications:**
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift 20-50 pounds regularly
- Prior experience in a warehouse or freight handling role is preferred but not required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime as needed

**Responsibilities:**
- Unload freight in teams manually
- Palletize clothing items efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Meet daily productivity goals to maximize earnings
