Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift

Location: Newark Delaware
Pay Range:$16.50 Per Hour
Duration: Ongoing temporary position with potential for perm hire

Our client in Newark DE is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate to support production operations. This role focuses on stacking foam products maintaining quality standards and ensuring an organized and safe work environment. The schedule is Monday through Thursday 4:00 pm 2:30 am with potential for overtime hours if ideal candidate is detail-oriented dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

• Stack foam pieces onto pallets for packing ensuring proper alignment and stability for safe transport
• Inspect foam products for defects inconsistencies or quality concerns and report findings to supervisors
• Maintain awareness of product quality standards and follow proper inspection procedures
• Assist in preparing foam materials for shipment or further processing as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures while handling materials
• Perform 5S responsibilities including cleaning work areas organizing materials and maintaining overall workspace efficiency
• Support additional production or warehouse tasks as directed by supervisors

• Ability to lift carry and stack materials throughout the shift
• Ability to stand bend and move consistently for the duration of the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Steel-toed boots required
