Warehouse Associate (#1ada)

You will support high-volume warehouse and distribution operations ensuring product moves accurately and safely through the facility. You will collaborate with the operations team and follow site productivity systems while working onsite in a warehouse environment.

• Unload and devann containers
• Restack sort and move product throughout the warehouse
• Perform lumping and other manual material-handling responsibilities
• Support value-added services including opening master packs and building customized product kits
• Pick cases and product based on warehouse system instructions when assigned
• Scan locations and UPCs and confirm product quantities
• Stage and prepare product for outbound movement
• Assist with cleaning restacking and general warehouse needs
• Follow productivity expectations tracked through the sites Labor Management System
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Support other operational areas as business needs require

• Previous warehouse distribution fulfillment or general labor experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a productivity and metric-driven environment
• Ability to perform physical warehouse work throughout the shift
• Comfortable learning and using scanners and warehouse technology
• Strong attendance reliability and work ethic
• Ability to follow detailed safety and operating procedures
• Willingness to work across different warehouse functions as needed
• Ability to follow strict GFSI and GMP food/beverage/healthcare product handling requirements

$15 - $17/hour
