Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our Security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing inventory tracking project materials and coordinating pickups and deliveries to support AWS project operations.
• Ensures materials are available when needed maintains accurate inventory records and helps prevent project delays by providing efficient logistics and warehouse support.
• Serves as a critical link between procurement vendors project management and field operations.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of warehousing experience
• Proven proficiency in MS Office suite specifically (Outlook Excel Word)
• MS Teams experience (Chat create and/or attend necessary virtual meetings)
• Proven ability to resolve problems and the understanding when to escalate
• Proven communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proven initiative and self sufficiency
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment (standing walking lifting up to 50 pounds)
• Occasional availability for increased hours based on receiving volume and other coverage duties
• Must be able to work on day(s) relating of annual physical inventory

Pay Range: The hourly pay range for this position is $19$24 per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications experience education skills certifications and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
