W2 Application Analyst – Icertis CLM [NO C2C]

Overview

Inabia is seeking an Application Analyst with hands-on Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) experience to own platform administration configuration and business-facing support across the organization. This is a backfill role created by the departure of the previous Application Analyst and the successful candidate will be expected to contribute immediately to an active Agile delivery cadence. The analyst will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders IT and the Icertis support team ensuring the CLM platform remains stable secure and aligned with evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Configuration Management: lead configuration updates document requirements support testing and promote changes to upper environments across 2-week Agile sprints
• Release Management: coordinate Icertis release updates and assess their impact on configuration business processes and regression testing
• User Management: create provision and de-provision user accounts and groups; assign roles and privileges; provide technical support; and liaise directly with Icertis support
• Security Management: configure security groups and administer role-based access privileges
• Organization Management: maintain organizational structures (units and groups) to keep the platform aligned with business needs
• Data Management: manage master data tables upload legacy contract documents and sync and maintain agreement records
• Integration Support: support and maintain integrations with DocuSign Workday SAP and Salesforce while preserving data integrity
• Documentation & Training: create end-user documentation and deliver training sessions to drive adoption of CLM enhancements

Key Qualifications

• Hands-on Icertis CLM administration and configuration experience including contract types templates workflows metadata and security settings
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills including gap analysis process documentation and translating business needs into scalable solutions
• Demonstrated experience supporting UAT regression testing and release deployments in an Agile environment
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across sprint cycles and production releases

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence and enterprise SaaS implementations
• Prior exposure to integrations involving DocuSign Workday SAP or Salesforce
• Background in enterprise application support within a legal procurement or operations context
