We seek a passionate Group manager V&V to lead the design and development of advanced verification and validation solutions working alongside dedicated teams to ensure the reliability and safety of rail systems. Your Role Your Impact
- Drive scalable V&V strategies for large rail projects ensuring robust system performance.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering operations and quality teams to achieve seamless integration.
- Establish and maintain rigorous reliability standards proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Champion innovation by implementing new testing methodologies and digital tools.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the V&V team and across departments.
Youll work with sharp committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.
What You Bring
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in verification validation or quality management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in V&V processes safety-critical systems and rail industry standards.
- Strong understanding of system engineering risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership communication and team development skills with a focus on mentoring and driving results.
